You will begin with lessons on proper tea ceremony etiquette and kimono dressing, taught by a professional tea master.Through this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the authentic art of sado — Japan’s traditional tea ceremony.The tea gathering takes place in a traditional Japanese house located in Chihayaakasaka Village, the only village in Osaka.This kominka (old folk house) preserves the original architectural style of Japan’s past, allowing you to not only experience the tea ceremony itself but also immerse yourself in the true essence of Japan’s history and culture.

A professional photographer will accompany you throughout the tour, capturing stunning photos at some of Kyoto’s most scenic and historical locations. This popular experience allows you to stroll through the ancient streets of Kyoto and immerse yourself in its timeless beauty and tradition. Lunch arrangements depend on the tour schedule, but if you wish, we can guide you to a local restaurant (at your own expense).

One-Day Tour
Our One-Day Tour is one of our most recommended experiences.
You can choose either a Traditional Tea Ceremony or a Kyoto Sightseeing Tour for the daytime activity, followed by a Wagyu Beef or Sushi Course Dinner in the evening. Since the tea ceremony and the restaurant are located relatively close to each other, you can enjoy visiting nearby shrines or temples or take beautiful photos after the tea ceremony before heading to dinner.
